In this one hour program you will learn a quick way to look at investment net operating income, how it relates to a possible loan you can achieve, and the overall results and deficiencies that the investment may have. This course is designed as a better way of looking at a deal, as opposed to a cap rate, but still simple enough that you can quickly analyze and see if the investment fits your needs.
